New Coach Barrett Signature Scribble Shoes?

Any way, these shoes are no longer available through the Coach website and/or at Macy’s or any other store like Macy’s. I am able to go on Ebay and bid on these shoes though, but i do not know what size to bid for. The majority of my shoes are a size 7, but i do have a few random pairs that are a size 7.5. As weird as this may sound, i measured my foot with a tape measurer…as accurately as possible, 5 times, and i got that my foot is 9.25 inches. What size should i bid on for the shoes on Ebay?
