Ed Hardy Purse

What do you think of this Ed Hardy purse?

This purse is pretty expensive and I like it in the black (not the putty). I’m thinking I can wear this with a lot of different outfits but I’m just wondering if it is too fussy? What do you think? Should I consider it or look for something else? Thanks for your opinions!
