Does the West like the apperance and the East like the inside in general?
From the architecture point of view, the West has astonishing architectures like tall glassy skyscrapers and huge stadiums or art galleries in US, Germany, England and France, but for the interior, I would have to say the East pays much more attention to details and quality like hotels, residential buildings and department stores in Japan and Taiwan.
