I have a Louis Vuitton mini HL bag. Im not sure if its real or not.How do I tell its real.?
My aunt gave it to me and it looks pretty real but i have been researching and it could possibly be fake. IDK.
LV authenticity is difficult to distinguish, but there should be a few signs:
if the logo tag is attached by string, it’s a fake. the interior should be a big clue as well: if it’s plastic or a cheap tan suede, it’s fake. if real, the leather should start to look ‘good worn’ after a few weeks, like a leather jacket does. real LV bags don’t tend to have rounded edges either. the zippers should have LV printed on them, and should be brass or gold metal, not plastic. does your bag have the LV logo all over it? if it does, they should all be lined up and not break for pockets or change pattern on the other side. sometimes the shine can be a hint too: LV bags don’t often have that blinding glare in the light.
